Book Your Indepth Healing Consultation
Your first step is to book a consultation call with me over Zoom. We'll discuss your physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual challenges, your childhood trauma and ancestral history. I will help you understand exactly what you need to heal and get crystal clear on what your healing goals are. Consultations are 90 mins, cost £250 / $330 and take place on Zoom.

Get Your Treatment & Transformation Plan
Based on our call and my assessment of your nervous system and energy field, you'll receive a detailed treatment plan. This tells you what you need to heal, how you need to do it and how many sessions it will require. On average, transformation programmes are about 4-5 months. Single healing sessions are not available as the nature of the trauma healing work I offer requires a clear and safe container, and a commitment to the healing process and journey.

Deepen Your Somatic Healing & Spiritual Growth
Once you have committed to embarking on your healing you'll start your weekly sessions. The healing takes place live on zoom so everything is completely transparent and you feel the results immediately. You will get support throughout your programme with personalised somatic and energetic self practices to accelerate your healing.
